** If you are a new customer signing up for the service, please make sure you have the correct app compatible with our service. You CAN NOT add the service to a firestick, Apple TV, or a Roku at this time. If you sign up and DO NOT have the proper app and/or device, and an account has already been created for you, we WILL NOT REFUND any money. The only apps that are compatible with our service are: 1.IPTV SMARTERS 2. IPTV SMARTERS PRO 3. SMARTERS PLAYER LITE **
Please note: All renewals will need to made a minimum of a week prior to your service expiration date. Expiration dates can be found on the Home Screen of IPTV. They system will also give you a pop up message letting you know, you will expire soon. We are closed on weekends and holidays, Any payments made during such time, will not be processed until the next business day. Once an account is expired, it could take up to 48hrs for the system to refresh the account, after it is processed on our end.
You are allowed up to 3 devices per account. When signing up or renewing an account please be sure to list how many devices you will be using, otherwise the system will default you to 1 device. We will not be able to change the amount of devices, until your next billing cycle. You can list the amount of devices you are using, in the “NOTES” section at check out.
If you are renewing an account for a friend or family member please be sure to list the customer name, you are renewing for.
